This should include initial client recommendations as appropriate. Affordability must be considered, and all recommendations must be justified and provided with a sufficient amount of detail. 

The letter should be in a format which is suitable to be issued to the clients, both in terms of its content and structure.

Objectives and requirements 

Theo Ducker and Shani Youel are reviewing their finances and have asked for a financial review. They would like to receive a report which will help them to consider their financial aims and objectives and to review their current financial arrangements.

 They wish to review all their financial circumstances and receive a suitability letter which covers their financial position whilst also reviewing their objectives and requirements.

Theo and Shani are aware that they need to consider a number of financial issues but wish to primarily focus on financial protection, tax efficient savings and investments and a savings strategy to save a deposit to purchase their first home in the next few years.
