  • Mission and Vision Statement: Provide a mission (the organization's objectives and  how it will reach them) and vision (the long-term aspirations of the organisation)  statement.  
  • Market Analysis (Target Market): Using appropriate analytical models, critically explore your business's target demographic. 
  • Market Analysis (Competitors): Using appropriate analytical models, provide critical  analysis of your competitors, establishing their value proposition and the ways you intend  to compete with, or exploit, their strengths and weaknesses.  
  • Conclusion: A summary of key research findings.
