It requires you to prepare and present an academic poster over a 20-minute period (including questions from an audience) that critically identifies the approach to leadership you consider most important for effective management within an international business.

The presentation should expand upon the themes identified in the academic poster. It should not just verbally describe what has already been written. The most important thing to remember is that the academic poster and presentation should collectively deliver a coherent argument.

Develop systematic knowledge and critical understanding of practical skills that are pivotal to effective management and leadership practices in international business, including teamwork and leadership skills associated with personal effectiveness.
Critically evaluate theory, concept and principles related to leadership and people management in an international context.
Demonstrate originality in critical analysis of leadership situations, using theories, concepts, ideas, and knowledge from a variety of sources (of appropriate academic quality) to inform their learning.
Your submission folder will open 5 days before the submission deadline. You can resubmit your work as many times as you like up until the deadline. Your tutor will mark and feed back on your final submission. If you submit through Turnitin, YOU MUST ONLY SUBMIT ONE FILE (multiple documents must be combined). You can submit an electronic copy through Turnitin in one of the following formats: Microsoft Word (DOCX) or PDF. Your submission must contain a minimum of 20 words to avoid a Turnitin error. Please ensure you review your submission after upload. Make sure you download and keep your digital receipt as proof of submission. If the submission method for your assignment is Blackboard, you will receive a receipt via email, and you will also be given the option to download one. Please allow sufficient time for your submission to upload; large files with audio/video take longer.
