5.Identify and recommend suitable digital technologies such as Big Data, IoT, Blockchain, and marketing platforms that align with the organisation’s strategic objectives.

b.Identify which areas within the selected theme you are suggesting should be improved.
c.Justify why you have chosen these particular areas for improvement and how they are critical to the success of the strategy for the selected theme.
B.Recommendation and implementation plan
Make recommendations for the selected theme that leverages relevant digital technologies to gain strategic advantage, for your chosen organisation. Create an implementation plan for your recommendations on your chosen theme.

b.Identify the key performance measures to monitor the strategy's success
c.Identify the key processes to be fulfilled, to ensure the success of the implementation plan.
d.Identify and discuss the importance of the appropriate relevant digital technologies needed - to ensure the success of the selected strategy.
