BMGT2200 Re-assessment Question:

It is strongly recommended that you read the feedback on your original attempt. This should provide you with information about how you can improve your work.

The reassessment requires you or your group to produce a project plan to “enhance a local community” and demonstrate your ability to apply the tools and techniques of professional Project Management. You have the choice to come up with any project idea to benefit the local community group.

The presentation should be no longer than 15 minutes, and you are expected to produce a set of PowerPoint slides to go through during your presentation.

You are also required to produce a detailed Project Plan presented as an official report to accompany your presentation slides.

The tutor will be representing a client who is willing to sponsor your project, and you are expected to play the role of a contractor bidding to win the client’s financial support. There are no constraints to limit your creativity when developing your project plan, apart from a financial limit of £1million. You are expected to deliver a creative project idea to achieve clear project objectives, supported by a strong business case and a detailed and well-justified plan.
