Assessment  

1). Proposal 

Students will firstly provide an individual project proposal of 1,500 words (worth 15%) setting out the consultancy project requirements. Students will focus on a ‘live’ business issue of importance to an identified UK organisation and will be asked to identify the parameters, key deliverables, timescales and project management details of their work  

2). Consultancy Report

Students will undertake appropriate research and complete an individual consultancy report of 6,000 words (worth 70%), based on the deliverables agreed within the project proposal.  

3). Reflective Portfolio

Students will submit an Individual reflective portfolio of 1,500 words. Students will be required to provide details on their learning experiences, achievements, significant occurrences, and personal/professional development.  

Introduction 

Cyber Protection Services Ltd is a relatively new company based in the UK. The company focuses on offering Cyber Security consultancy services to any legal entity that requires their expertise. Such entities are governments, global organisations, local and international businesses, NGOs, start-ups as well as educational and other institutions in almost every industry. 
The directors started offering their expert consultancy services many years ago on an ad hoc basis. However, due to the very high demand for their expert services, they have decided to formalise their operating model through the setting up of a new limited company with headquarters in the UK supported by various regional offices in strategically selected countries/regions.
