Assignment task

This is an individual reflective report in which you must complete all the required tasks. In this assignment you are required to assess your learning and skill development throughout the project, which was your coursework one. Furthermore, you must consider skills gaps and potential plan to fill the gaps. 

Both tasks one and two should be written in a report format with a formal tone and concise writing style. The word count is 1,500. The first person is acceptable.

Task one (25 marks) - Reflection

•  Based on theoretical model, reflect on your learning and developing understanding process through actual experience of working on consulting projects.
• What new skills or knowledge did you gain during this experience? How can you apply these in future collaborations?
• How did you handle challenges or conflicts within the team? What did you learn from these experiences?

Task two (10 marks) - Action plan

Determine the THREE areas that you believe require improvement in your skill set in order to succeed in your business career. Provide a SMART career action plan for reducing these gaps and expanding these areas.

Task three (40 marks) Job advert, CV and Skills match table

Determine which graduate programmes, internships, placements, or jobs you have seen advertised or published through the internet.

Select a job posting that provides a sufficient amount of information about the requirements of the company, such as a job description or person specification.

In the Appendices to your report include these three items;

A) Include a photo or screenshot of the job that you are applying for, along with the person specification and job description.

B) Make a CV that is especially appropriate for the job description and requirements (you can use mybuckscareer's CV Builder or another format that contains comparable information).

C) Provide a table demonstrating how your qualifications align with the job description requirements.

Task four (15 marks) – Develop a LinkedIn Profile

In the Appendices, include a screenshot of your profile. The following should be included in your profile: a photo, a headline and summary, education, at least four skills, groups, and at least two companies
