You are a management consultant in one of the reputable consultancy organisations. your client has asked you to conduct secondary research that shows how well you understand the client's project/problem. You are not required to provide a set of solutions to the client’s problem at this stage.
Using one of the client project briefs (available on LSST Connect), answer the following questions:
Word count is 1,500 (+/- 10%) INCLUDING INTRODUCTION AND CONCLUSIONS.
1. Provide a brief description of the company, its products or services, market position, and the challenges it faces.
2. Using research, break the problem down by critically analysing and presenting areas of importance to the client. Use appropriate business analysis tools and frameworks such as (e.g. STP, SWOT, Porter's Five Forces, PESTLE, etc).
3. From your analysis above, state what the top three issues the client is facing with a rationale as to why you have chosen these three areas.
This is an individual report assignment that needs to be completed independently, building on your reading and research. As a result, it should NOT be done in collaboration with another student or students.
- Please take note that any additional words found in text boxes within the report body, tables, or diagrams, WILL be included towards the word count. The Appendices may only contain two sides of A4 at most (not including the list of references). Tables and graphics can be found in the appendices.

Late submissions will be marked and the actual mark recorded, but will be capped at the pass mark (typically 40%), provided that the work is of a passing standard. Work submitted after this period will not be marked and will be treated as a non-submission.
