Assignment Title: HR Dashboard Presentation

Description of the assignment, task, content and structure:

This is a group assignment. Groups should be made up of between 3 and 5 people. The groups will be given an example of an HR Dashboard with additional related information. The group will need to conduct a critical analysis of the dashboard: how the data was collected, presented and in any conclusions that are made e.g. looking for errors, flaws, strengths and weaknesses. The presentation should include a proposal for improvements that can be made to the dashboard. The groups should support their analysis and recommendations by citing relevant high-quality sources.

The analysis will be presented in class. The presentation will take no more than 15 minutes including questions (recommended presentation time between 7 and 10 minutes with remaining time for questions).
