Description of the assignment, task, content and structure:
Identify a small project for a client. You must conduct an experiential client-based research project based on the project management lifecycle. The client can be anyone and the project can be any small-scale project that will take no longer than 6 months from February 2024 to project closure by July 2024. However, your work must be voluntary.
Project Initiation Document (PID) titled
Students should present their project charter to their allocated supervisor in a 1:1 session scheduled in Week 39. Project Charter should include:
1. The report presentation and standard of writing must follow the UHBS guidelines below.
2. The Individual submission includes:
A written business professional report with a word limit of 1500 words (+/- 10%.) making maximum use of diagrams, tables embedded as diagrams, graphs, charts, and appendices (which are not included in the word count)
Present project synopsis (1 slide) to the allocated supervisor in a 1:1 session in Week 39.
All filenames should be in the following format: <studentID>_CW2.
The title page of the report should include the student id, the final word count and the Turnitin similarity score.
All references should follow the Harvard style of referencing.
