Part A: Draw a System Map and Critically Analyse it. 

Develop a system map based on a specific organization in the healthcare sector that demonstrates your understanding of the key concepts in systems thinking, complexity, and stakeholders within the global healthcare sector. Your system map should visually represent the organization's key components, relationships, and boundaries. You must also critically evaluate the system map, reflecting on any operational challenges and solutions, the organization's structure, culture, stakeholders, and effectiveness.

Part B: Healthcare Innovation Evaluation

Select one healthcare innovation from the provided list of 5 peer-reviewed publications on the implementation of healthcare innovation. Critically evaluate the healthcare innovation of your choice and its impact on the healthcare system. Use evidence-based research/practice to support your analysis. Analyse the innovation and address the following questions: 

1. Why was the implemented innovation needed? Critically evaluate the healthcare challenges that the innovation sought to address. 

2. What other innovations were suggested that could solve the healthcare challenge, and how was the selected innovation chosen? Analyse other potential innovations that were considered and explain why the selected innovation was the best option.

3. What was the impact of the innovation? Critically evaluate the effectiveness of the innovation in addressing the healthcare challenge and the impact it had on the organization or healthcare system.

4. What challenges were encountered in implementing the innovation? Analyse the challenges that were faced during the implementation of the innovation, including any political, cultural, or technical barriers. Explain how these challenges were overcome and what lessons can be learnt from the implementation process.
