Assignment Task: Individual Infographic Poster Presentation  

The purpose of this assignment is to give you an opportunity to develop both an international HR strategy for a National established organisation which could expand internationally, as well as your infographic poster skills (i.e., Data Visualization, and Visual Storytelling).

Instructions:

Choose a National Organisation: Select an organisation that operates solely within one country and does not currently have international operations.

Objective: Design an infographic poster that provides detailed guidance on developing international HR strategies for your chosen organisation, specifically tailored for potential global expansion. The poster should be accompanied by a 3-minute (+/- 10%) video presentation showing your face and the poster, which will be uploaded onto YouTube. The YouTube link should be included in the poster.

The infographic poster should cover the following 4 key areas:

1. Cultural Integration  
2. Global Talent Acquisition and Retention Strategies 
3. Diversity and Inclusivity  
4. International regulatory Compliance  

The poster should be completed in PowerPoint or any equivalent programme and must be customised to be A1-sized so you can fit all the information on one page/slide. You should use diagrams derived from theoretical models where possible to enhance your infographic poster.
