Identify two key significant challenges/situations, the first being a key challenge the county your chosen company operates in and the second is one that the company of your choice has faced in the last decade (10-year period). You may select historical scenarios using current models, academic resources and changing world HR practices to further identify and explain your thinking and solutions.
