As a business consultant, you are regularly engaged in advising organisations on the methods for the formation/structure of their organisation. It is your responsibility to inform the business owners as to the advantages and disadvantages of the various options that are available. Several of your clients are looking to restructure their business to allow for future expansion. What advice would you give to these clients on the following options:

1. Discuss and explain, with examples of companies, the difference between limited and unlimited liability companies. 

2. Provide relevant discussions of the advantages and disadvantages of both approaches. 

3. Explain, with examples, the stakeholders' role in a company's management and operations and their rights and obligations under company law.
