Summative Assessment 1. Poster on foodborne hazard and a related  foodborne illness outbreak or food safety incident

Assessment requirements: 

Prepare a poster on the foodborne hazard that you have been allocated: 

The assessment involves assessment of Learning Outcomes (LO) 1, 2 

This assessment is worth 20% of the total assessment marks for this module. The pass mark is 50%. 

Plagiarism will be heavily penalised and may result in 0 marks allocated for  the assignment. Please consult the Handbook before you start writing.  Students will be penalised not only if there is similarity in content, but also if  there is a similarity in presentation/layout to other students’ work.  

You will receive feedback on this assessment within 3 weeks of submission
