MAN-40355 Assessment 1: You are required to produce a 2,000-word report analysing how financial management contributes to achieving operational excellence within an organisation of your choice (or one agreed with your tutor).

MAN-40411 Assignment: Collaborate in self-assigned groups (3, 5, or 7 students, depending on cohort size) to propose a technology-driven solution for a tutor-provided business case. Each group will deliver their proposal via a recorded 15-minute group video presentation.
