Scenario Continuing from the assignment brief (1 of 2), you are further required to produce a formal business report that contain the following:

Part A: Continuous Improvement Plan

• Examine a range of approaches that can be considered by the organisation for continuous quality improvement.
• Design a plan, underpinned by a theoretical concept, that justifies approaches and solutions for continuous improvement based on operational activities of the organisation

Part B: Strategic Risk Analysis

• Discuss the role and importance of strategic risk analysis (SRA), and using risk identification and mapping method
• Conduct a strategic risk analysis (SRA) on the organisation using PEST and SWOT models
• Based on your strategic risk analysis (SRA), create a risk management plan considering various functional levels and stakeholder relationship. The plan should highlight risk identified, level of priority, plan to overcome negative outcomes, allocate responsibility, monitoring and contingency planning
