Formative 2: You will prepare a 'living CV' that showcases your skills, abilities, and experience to a future employer and that is tailored to a career you are interested in. You will reflect on the formative feedback given as you develop your LinkedIn profile and consider drivers for your future career aspirations, which will include a personal SWOT analysis and SMART goals focused on your chosen career pathway.
