Identification of the Main Challenge 

The main challenge faced by the Vodacom Bulls is a breakdown in team cohesion, particularly in communication and unity. Although the team has achieved success against strong opponents, the persistent lack of communication, avoidance of open dialogue, and interpersonal conflicts indicate low levels of social cohesion. According to Williams and Krane (2020), cohesion involves the group's ability to stay united in pursuit of common goals and emotional needs. Without open communication and mutual trust, team members fail to connect meaningfully, undermining both performance and morale. The coach's concern highlights how these issues can disrupt group functioning over time.
