Important:

1) This take-home exam must be taken completely alone.

2) Your answer must be written in Bahasa Inggeris or Bahasa Malaysia.

3) This take-home exam is “open book,” which means you are permitted to refer to any materials handed out during e-learning/classes, notes or books.

4) All references used should NOT be more than 5 years old and MUST be properly cited in the text.

5) Provide a list of references at the end of your answer based on the APA/Harvard referencing format. Only valid sources of reference are acceptable.

6) Plagiarism involves copying materials/answers from other sources or other authors.

7) Plagiarism is a very serious offense and is strictly NOT acceptable.

8) All your answers will be sent for plagiarism and AI content checking. If the plagiarism rate or AI-generated content is more than 20%, you will be given a ZERO(0) mark.

9) If any two students are found to have answers with a similarity of 50% and above, 50% of the marks awarded will be DEDUCTED from both students.

10) Any late submission of the answer after the above date will not be accepted. Candidates are encouraged to submit their answers before the due date.

(b) What steps should employers take to prevent workplace accidents and injuries? Choose any three (3) situations mentioned in part (a) above and explain the steps and prevention for each of the situations. 

Question: 2 

How often should employers conduct safety inspections at the workplace? Indicate at least three (3) occasions in a year and state the reasons why it is carried out.
