OSH30320 Propose

Propose a new OSH project to improve safety management / safety culture / risk perception and awareness in your workplace.

This proposal can become your proposed project for your final module OSH30320 next summer.

1. Your proposal should focus on what you wish to do / conduct / research in your workplace to improve it from an OSH perspective. It can be on any topic you wish that you feel can become your project next summer (500 to 1000 words).
2. Chose a minimum of ten to fifteen peer reviewed research articles (you may if you wish exceed that amount but for this assignment it is recommended a maximum of fifteen articles) from OSH literature that you consider provides a solid evidence base for your proposed workplace project proposal and prepare a mini literature review as a rationale for your proposal (1500 words).
