The MW4043 Assignment:

The assignment requires you to:

‘Develop a proposal for a health education and behaviour change initiative on an appropriate public health topic aimed at a small and specific population group’. 

Chosen health topics will need to be negotiated with the Module Leader before beginning the assignment.

2. The Assignment Structure:

Most assignments follow the accepted structure of a clear and explicit beginning, middle and end. However, some written work benefits from the use of subheadings (for example reports and proposals).

It is important to understand that you are developing a health and behaviour change initiative  proposal, and NOT an empirical research proposal. This means the structure and content of this assignment is very different to that of a research proposal.

So for this assignment are directed to use ONLY the 7 subheadings identified below. This will help you maintain a clear and logical structure to your work according to convention.

Your assignment sub headings should be as follows:
