Background:

Since Week 7, we have been studying and analysing 21st-centrury management, plus the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals 2030 (UN SDGs), and relating these to our Case Study on Good-Ark.  This way, in theory, companies around the world can ensure their long-term stability and sustainability.

Task:

In your Seminar, form a pair (one pair = two students, from your Seminar)

Read, study, and analyse the following three items on Good-Ark:

(b) Company Profile (PDF 2)

Using data and information from these three items, combined with the items, materials, models, theories, frameworks, and techniques we have studied in our Module classes and read, studied and analysed from our reading lists, write a 2,500-word report in pairs (two students = one pair, from your Seminar), answering the five (5) questions.

Therefore, your report structure should be similar to this:

Introduction: (max 250 words)

where you explain, in detail, Good Ark’s current profile, their industry, market, and competitors, and any key trends affecting the industry / market they are in.

Main Body: (max 2,000-words)

Respond to the five (5) questions, based on your analysis of the three items (above), and using and applying management items, materials, models, theories, frameworks, and techniques we have studied and read in our Module classes and reading lists.

Conclusion: (max 250 words)

 where you explain, with examples other than Good-Ark, how all companies and organisations around the world need to adjust their management policies in order to meet the UN SDGs 2030
