MKTG3040 Assessment Purpose

The purpose of Assessment Item Four: Reflective Essay is to assess your ability to critically discuss, evaluate and analyse your team role, practices, and experience in the development and completion of the SDS & Customer Experience Analysis (Assessment Item 3) for your service client.

MKTG3040 Assessment Description

In this assessment task, you are asked to work individually to complete a reflective analysis of your role within your team, both discussing and evaluating how you fostered team dynamics, positive criticism of work, group difficulties and the all required tasks to be able to deliver a SDS & Customer experience report for your client. It is advised that you take reflective notes throughout the semester and use Microsoft Teams as a mechanism to collate evidence, perceptions and feelings towards your role in the team.
