Assessment Task

As you are a marketing consultant. analyse the marketing tactics adopted by your choice of company from the service industry. and propose ways to enhance customer experience and increase revenue.

Word count approximately 2,500 words approximately, introduction 300 words, analysis of service marketing mix 1,000 words, proposal 1,000 words, conclusion 200 words. These are inclusive of in-text references. Anything you wish not to be included within the 2,500 words should be in the appendix.
