MG972 Individual Assignment:

You should take the role of a management consultant. Using an organisational context of your choice, prepare a proposal for a management consulting project you feel will help the organisation. 

1. Provide a short description of the organisation you have chosen including the nature of the issue that you proposing to address in your consulting work – around 200 words.
2. Propose a consulting project to that organisation setting out clearly the situation and key issues, your proposed approach and deliverables, and the resources & timescales involved in the delivery of the project. In doing so it will be important to reflect with the appropriate elements of the consulting cycle introduced on the course - around 1,500 words.

Using a business situation of your choice, prepare a proposal for a management consulting project you believe will help your client.
