Assignment Description

This assignment involves creating a business plan that demonstrates your understanding of developing and running a small business or enhancing an existing business. This task comprises 60% of your module’s total mark and is designed to replicate real-world scenarios where you, as an entrepreneur or business developer, will present your business plan to investors or stakeholders.

This plan could be for a new business or for improving an existing one. In this assessment, you will develop a comprehensive business plan that aligns with the theoretical frameworks studied during the module. You are expected to apply theories such as Entrepreneurship and Business Idea Generation, Business Models, Strategy Management, and Risk Management, among others. Your business plan may focus on a new venture, a small business, or a part of a medium-sized business but there are no restrictions on the country or industry. The plan must demonstrate how to create value and potential for business growth.
