You are required to select an organisation (must be an international brand or global organisation with readily accessible information) critically evaluate the current process for innovation and change in terms of performance within the last 5 years, and identify key areas for improvement by providing recommendations. Taking into consideration the changes within the last few years and events happening around the world (such as the post-pandemic recovery and conflicts).
