Answer the following question: Consider the validity of the following gifts in the will of Daphne, who died in 2014: 

(a) £100,000 to my trustees for the establishment and maintenance of a walled garden within the precincts of St Luke's Church, for the quiet reflection of the parishioners. 

(b) £10,000 to my trustees to be distributed to such organisations involved in the protection of the environment and related causes as they shall in their absolute discretion select; and 

(c) £50,000 to my trustees for the promotion of tennis in the public schools of Derbyshire. Consider whether these gifts are charitable.
