Assignment Context and Questions

Your assignment is divided into two key parts with details below:

Part A: Individual Annotated Commentary based on Formative Group Panel Discussion and Question and Answer Session – LO1&3: 2000 words

Employee skills development and diversity management is of necessary importance to contemporary international business organisations, particularly in response to rapid continuous growth and use of technology including AI in business processes and operations.

Drawing on your understanding of international HRM practices from your module taught classes and wider reading: IN YOUR SEMINAR SESSIONS you will: in allocated groups plan, organise and conduct a panel discussion on the below scheduled topics to be implemented in teaching week 4 and produce a 2000-words annotated commentary.

Part B: Organisational Case Analysis and Evaluation: International HRM in Practice – LO2: 2500 words

Task 1 - Introduce the international nature of your chosen multinational organisation  including the organisational culture where relevant.
