You are required to produce a 2,500-word report that critically examines the practice of change management, with particular attention to methodologies relevant to project management. The assessment requires you to critically analyse the change management planning and implementation component using relevant change management models. To develop an effective change implementation process, you must combine change management principles while demonstrating knowledge of:

  • Identifying the change drivers and the process of recognising the need for change
  • Change project team, their roles and responsibilities
  • Communication and engagement strategy
  • Change implementation process and Leading and Managing People issues
  • Change Project Risk Management Process
  • Sustaining momentum and change

You will demonstrate your ability to critically examine and defend valid literature and industry practice surrounding the topic of Change Management within the context of International Project Management.
