Assignment Description 

You are tasked with preparing a report focused on developing a risk management framework for a complex project involving multiple stakeholders. The framework should encompass key components such as risk identification, risk appraisal, and risk response strategies, etc.

You are encouraged to establish a clear context for the project and incorporate references to the theories, discussions, and frameworks covered during the semester. These references should support and justify your selection of methods, techniques, and approaches for identifying and managing project risks. The proposed activities should align with and be appropriate for the specific nature and requirements of your chosen project.

The content of your submission must be supported by relevant academic theories, concepts, and models, as well as contemporary industry insights where applicable.
