As a web designer at Happy U, you are required to create a website for the programming competition. On this website, you should create a web page to show the information about the competition, such as the language used and the theme. Also, create a page on your website to allow students to register for the competition. All the names of the students who registered through the website should also be displayed on another page if The UPDATE button was clicked. You may add any needed information in this assignment.
