Task

This TMA is in two parts.

Part A: Write a 300-word reflection on your learning so far in K102 using the RRaPA tool for reflection on learning. You were introduced to this in Activity 1.6.7, but it is repeated in the guidance on the next page. Part A makes up 30% of your mark.

Part B: Write an 800-word essay. Part B makes up 70% of your mark.

Write an essay on the following:

Choose a vulnerable service user group, such as mental health, disability, adults and older people or children and explain why an understanding of human needs is important to supporting people in the service user group you have chosen.

You will need to submit both parts in a single document.
