Outline of the task

A written piece of work containing: 

• A CV (curriculum vitae). 
• A covering letter for potential employment for a real job advert you have found in the health and social care sector.  
  Your CV and cover letter must: 
• Evaluate competence, skills and knowledge identified in the NHS Skills for Health Framework.  
• Demonstration of goal setting to achieve the required skills  
• Produce a skills audit   that reflects your own strengths and areas for improvement
• Include some discussion, insight and reflection into the nature of multidisciplinary working in the health and social care sector. 

learning outcomes:

LO1: Demonstrate preparedness for employment.
LO2: Evaluate NHS Skills for Health Level 4 and how they relate to employability, competence, skills, and knowledge.
LO3: Characterise the multidisciplinary nature of Health and Social Care and evaluate self in relation to this framework.

• Assignment Template

• Use Arial or Times New Roman font.
• Set the font size to 12pt for the main text.
• Apply 1.5 or double spacing throughout the document.
• Clearly indicate each part of the assessment, following the template structure
• OBU Harvard referencing should be applied throughout the assessment.
