  • Assess and appreciate the nature and importance of ethics, professionalism, equal opportunities and managing diversity as necessary guides to employee resourcing and talent management strategy. 
  • Manage stages in a systematic approach to employee resourcing, from the creation of a cost-effective human resource plan and succession planning, to job design and work organisation through to recruitment, selection and employee induction/socialisation. 
  • Contribute to the development of employee retention initiatives. 
  • Advise organisations on reward choices and appropriate structures and practices for managing reward. 
  • Adhere to best practice and legal obligations to successfully manage retirement, redundancy and dismissal processes.
