2. By using current contemporary literature, consider the potential 2 or 3 ‘problems’ or ‘issues’ you are likely to face or come up against in your future career as a leader. On identification of these, suggest explicitly and critically how would you ‘solve’, ‘fix’ or ‘overcome’ these ‘future’ issues you have identified.
