Section 1 ‘Current’ view – 1,000 words Based purely on your Potential.ly personality profile: Stage 1: What are the 5 skills that you identify in your Personal SWOT Analysis that you currently have? There should be 5 Strengths, 5 Weaknesses, 5 Opportunities, 5 Threats identified in your Potential.ly report (500 words). Stage 2: Which personal 3 skills (identified in Stage 1 above) do you wish to develop in your Skills Development document? Include timescales and measures for success (500 words). Section 2 ‘Future’ view – 2,000 words Stage 3: By way of identification of 1 or 2 leadership and / or management models, theories or concepts, where the skills you have identified in Stage 2 can be used, critically appraise how these will assist you in the future, why they will, and in what way will they aid you in the future (500 words). Stage 4: By using current contemporary literature, consider the potential 1 or 2 ‘problems’ or ‘issues’ you are likely to (or could) face or come up against in your future career as a leader. It is suggested you focus on either 1 or 2 main ‘future’ issues or areas in this Stage.
