Work Required:  You are required to write a journal article review. In your review, you are expected to include the following elements:

  • The aim of the journal article
  • Clear definition of the following terms: Ability-Motivation-Opportunity model, National Culture and Firm Innovation
  • Present the research methods used to attain data collection and data analysis
  • Present three key findings of the journal article
  • Present three limitations of the journal article

Finally, you are required to relate the managerial outcomes of the journal article by providing an explanation of how the findings can be leveraged in your country or company.

In shaping your answer, you are required to provide an introduction along with three (3) relevant managerial outcomes and a conclusion. You are also required to support the three (3) outcomes stated with a minimum of two (2) additional journal articles.
