Assessment Question:

• To what extent do Elon Musk’s behaviours reflect or contradict the following leadership styles?:

• Transformational Leadership
• Ethical Leadership
• Either Servant or Authentic Leadership* (choose either Servant or Authentic not both)

Note 1:For leadership styles you should use the sources on leadership styles, cite information about styles that you think are relevant to Elon Musk and then match them to citations about Musk’s actions / behaviours that appear to fit with a particular style.Partial matches are fine – Musk may demonstrate partial alignment with several styles – it is unlikely that he would be an exact match for any single style – please keep that in mind when you write.

Important Rules:

1. You absolutely MUST use the‘approved sources’ list you have been given for your citations.
2. If you do not use the 'approved sources’ list then we may have to fail the submission and you will be required to re-sit the module – this is not the outcome we want – make genuine citations using the sources on the ‘approved list’ to avoid risk of failure or possibly risk an academic misconduct investigation (serious problem!).
3. You will be entitled to use up to 4 of your own sources (i.e. sources that you have found yourself – but are not on the ‘approved list’
4. If you add your own sources (maximum 4)they must be properly documented on the ‘additional sources template’(appendix 1), which should be attached to the end of your essay after the reference list.
