FY013 Assignment task 

This (CW2) is the second part of the two-part portfolio. Having introduced the case study in CW1 submission, students are now to make a 1250 words submission covering: 

• An overview of customer service activities within the case study. 
• Student's evaluation and comments on the case study customer service status in comparison with identified sectoral standard/ expectation, or competitors'. 

(please note that as a portfolio you are not restricted to prose/ essay writing only. You are welcomed to use a combination of writings, pictures, press cuttings etc to express your thoughts/ findings).

Larning Outcomes of FY013:

LO 1: Describe the main players involved in the Logistics, Aviation, Tourism and Events sectors 
LO 2: Develop an understanding of logistics, events, tourism and aviation as commercial businesses 
LO 3: Demonstrate a foundation level understanding of service sectors in general and how service culture is developed in logistics, air transport, tourism and events contexts. 
LO 4: Demonstrate knowledge of management (customer service) as a concept applied to logistics, events, tourism and aviation.

FY013 Task requirements

The submission should feature the following structure: 

• Cover page to display: Student ID, name of case study company/ event, word count.
• An overview of customer service activities within the case study. 
• Student's evaluation and comments on the case study customer service status in comparison with identified sectoral standard/ expectation, or competitor(s).
