FIN533 Group Project(30%) 

Due date: 29 June 2025 

Group project on current issues in personal financial planning. 

The objective of the assignment is to demonstrate communication and teamwork skills in tasks related to current issues in personal financial planning.

Each group need to submit on the above project: a. Infographics report(max. 10 pages excluding cover page and reference) - 13.5% b. Video presentation(15-20mints) - 13.5% (*All videos should be published in YouTube as unlisted- each group only need to submit the YouTube link) CLO: 3

There will be progress meeting (online) where each group will be awarded marks accordingly (10 marks =3%).

Each group is provided with incomplete financial information about a fictional Encik Helmi's family financial affair. You are not given all information necessary and are free to create additional information about the family if you wish.

Your group need to study this family's financesand make recommendations as if you are their financial advisor. You can create a budget and expense sheet and anything else you might want to show them as you present your recommendation. You will present your recommendations to the family in five (5) areas namely: 

1. Debt management 
2. Savings goals 
3. Insurance and Retirement management 
4. Tax planning 
5. Estate planning

You will create infographics reportas a group and presentit by recording it and post it as unpublished in YouTube. The presentation must not exceed 15-20 minutesin length.
