DCT554 Assignment Brief

The assignment given to the team is to achieve CLO2 and CLO3. Your team consisting of a maximum  of  four  members,  has  received  recognition  as  a  certified  IBS  manufacturer. Therefore, your team is required to establish an IBS production/manufacturing that refer to your selection of IBS classification. The proposed site is opposite of Bloxwich (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. Refer to your proposed IBS Production location as indicated below: 

DCT554 REQUIREMENT: 

1. Choose only ONE (1) IBS classification below 

• Precast concrete either Framing OR panels
• Lightweight Steel framing system 
• IBS Blockwork
• Innovative 

2. The team need to produce a report and discuss in detail the following contents:
