Scenario:

The successful tenderer has been awarded the Ngake School project. The contract is being administered by Bird wood Architects. 

Task 1

During the course of carrying out the contract work, Birdwood have issued variations orders inaccordance with the contract conditions. They have also received requests from the contractor toissue variations in relation to certain issues.
