CA5055 Assignment 1 : VIDEO PRESENTATION of 10-12 minutes.

You are the SALES MANAGER for ONE of the  MAJOR GLOBAL CONNECTORS (SIA / EMIRATES / QATAR / ETIHAD) based in a country of your choice and you are requested to produce a report that provides insights for the GLOBAL SALES TEAM on how you see the sales and market characteristics for the summer (7 months) from April 2026 to October 2026 for your region of the world.

1. Introduction to airline and operations in the region – high level overview of the planned airline scheduled operation to/from country (of your choice) discussing aircraft schedules, equipment, and capacity for the summer period.
2. Regional outlook – an overview of the outlook for your country (for example Poland) in terms of passenger demand (excludes cargo) for the summer months.
3. Business travel market – key factors/ideas for stimulating passenger demand for travel to/from Poland including transfers markets.
4. Leisure travel market – key factors/ideas for stimulating passenger demand for travel to/from Poland and transfer markets.
5. Competitor activity – that you are expecting by analysing the key other players in your markets.

Weightings as follows for each section –

• Introduction to Emirates operations in the region – high level overview of the planned Emirates operation to/from country (of your choice) discussing aircraft schedules, equipment, and capacity for summer 2026.
• Regional outlook – an overview of the outlook for your country (for example Poland) in terms of passenger demand (excludes cargo) for the summer period.
• Business travel market – key factors/ideas for stimulating Emirates passenger demand for travel to/from Poland and Dubai/world transfers.
• Leisure travel market – key factors/ideas for stimulating Emirates passenger demand for travel to/from Poland and Dubai/world transfers
• Competitor activity that you are expecting by analysing the key other players in your markets.

This should be approximately 12-15 slides and please do not exceed the 12 minutes maximum delivery time-frame.
