BUSC422_8 Assessment Overview

This module is assessed through two components, each worth 50% of your 5nal grade:

1. Group Presentation – Using GPT to Improve Employee Well-Being

Due: Thursday, 17 July 2025, 2:00 p.m.

Working in groups of 3–5 (within your seminar group), you will create a voice-over PowerPoint presentation proposing an organisational strategy to improve employee well-being. The project must integrate the use of ChatGPT through prompt engineering and critical evaluation. Submissions must follow the oHcial template and format guidelines.

2. Individual Critical Essay – AI’s Impact on Organisational Behaviour

Due: Wednesday, 23 July 2025, 2:00 p.m.

You will write a 2,000-word critical essay exploring how ArtiOcial Intelligence is reshaping two Organisational Behaviour topics of your choice from the module (e.g. culture, change, teams). The essay should critically engage with academic literature and/or real-world examples, highlighting both opportunities and challenges of AI within
organisations.

Both briefs are available below and will be discussed during lectures, seminars, and clinics in Weeks 2 and 3.
