BUS7079 Assessment Tasks:

Task 1: Evaluate the international operations strategy and management of the chosen organisation, by highlighting and analysing its practices, methods, and level of integration across its network and partners (if any) (LO1). 

Task 2: Identify and interprete the issues, problems and/or challenges your chosen organisation is experiencing within its international operations management. (LO2) 

Task 3: Critically evaluate and appraise the role that innovation plays in the development of operations management techniques in different national and cultural settings and whether your chosen organisation has been able to use innovation to develop its operations management effectively (LO3). 

Task 4: Critically evaluate the approaches for developing a culture of creativity and innovation in an organisation and analysed the approaches utilised by your chosen organisation to develop a culture of creativity and innovation (LO4). 

Task 5: Develop a well-articulated action plan to address the challenges, issues and/or problems as identified in your report that your chosen organisation is experiencing/facing. The action plan must be engaging and implementable (LO1, LO2, LO3 & LO4).
