Once the assessment has been marked you are required to submit a version which has been signed by your supervisor. Forms that do not include the supervisor signature will not be accepted.

Note: Students who do not submit the version of the Ethics Form signed by the supervisor by 19th December 2025 will be required to change to secondary data collection and redesign their project accordingly.

Students with Support Plans or valid Extenuating Circumstances claims will have the deadline adjusted accordingly.

Completion of this assessment will address the following learning outcomes:
