Assessment Task

Submit a Professional Development Portfolio, notionally 4,000 words in length, that includes the following elements:

• A table of contents
• A critical reflection of skills, knowledge and experience you have acquired so far during study, work experience and/or voluntary work, including evidence.
• An enhanced personal development plan that identifies future career requirements and how you will acquire these requirements and the resources that are necessary.
• Select a job advertisement and draw up a letter of application and CV in response to the position.
• Devise interview questions that would feasibly be asked during an interview for your selected role and include your response, based on your experience to these questions.
• Analyse a current journal article on the skills and abilities that are much sought after by employers
