Task 2:

Presentation for Newcomers Based on findings from recent retail industry surveys, it has been identified that organizations struggle to adapt to technological advancements without a structured professional development framework. You have been tasked to deliver a session for new employees, focusing on transferable and communication skills critical for navigating the digital retail environment. 

The session should: 

• Demonstrate the range of transferable and communication skills to address challenges such as virtual team coordination, customer engagement and inventory management.
• Justify how transferable skills, like problem-solving and adaptability, are vital for managing e- commerce operations and enhancing customer satisfaction. Supporting materials in the presentation should include: 
• A discussion on the importance of feedback in professional development. 
• A completed professional development plan (PDP) tailored to retail roles and alanyze it in context of feedback to make judgments. 
• An evaluation of how professional development planning and the role of feedback in enhancing transferable skills.
